Topic – Leading at All Levels with Bob McEwan and Lisa Kappesser

  • The fundamentals of leadership
  • How to develop a personal style of leadership by applying emotional intelligence and the fundamentals of leadership
  • How to influence, make connections and manage relationships in a personalized unique leadership style

Bob McEwan, retired senior executive with GE Aviation, will share his 5 Fundamentals of Leadership which have guided his style and his success. He will share the importance of using your self-awareness, and of managing yourself and others in a caring way. Bob is living proof that the underlying foundation of great leadership is leading with emotional intelligence.

This session will be co-facilitated by Lisa Kappesser, MA, ACC; a career and executive coach, author and organizational consultant. More

Create an Online Training Guide

The UD Center for Leadership will be the place to be on Dec 9. We are excited to continue providing Dayton-area practitioners of training and development a structured way to share ideas and best practices regarding talent development within their organizations.

Our next session will feature best practices from PNC. This highly interactive session will give participants the opportunity to create an outline for a training guide using Microsoft OneNote. 

The subject matter experts for this session will be Jenni Davis and Leslie Keegan from PNC. Jenni and Leslie currently use emerging technologies at PNC for talent development programs and implemented an exciting new way to provide new manager training materials.

All Dayton ATD sessions will be facilitated by Bob Riess. A complete breakfast is included in the registration fee.
